Cancel Culture

Dorian Abbot, is a geophysicist and an Associate Professor at University of Chicago. He was to give the Carlson Lecture at MIT, but was “cancelled” by that institution, despite thousands of registrations, because of his differing views on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The lecture was subsequently sponsored by Princeton University on Zoom.
